Leading up to Christmas things tend to get pretty wild around here, this year we will have clear cut off dates to get your orders in to ensure you get your orders in time for Christmas and avoid any disappointment.
I know it always gets crazy for everyone but if you have any specific things you need where possible try and plan ahead so we can help wherever possible so Santa’s helpers can do their thing.

Cut-off dates do not allow for remote/rural shipping addresses. If you need something shipped to Humpty Doo in N.T. or Broome W.A. then please obviously get your orders in ASAP to avoid any disappointment.
Couriers and shipping companies put on extra staff and try to go the extra mile around Christmas to ensure everyone get’s their goodies in time for Christmas, but sometimes if they don’t have enough time they just can’t perform their magic!
Urgent / Rush Jobs after Cut-Off Dates?
We’ll try and help you wherever we can. Rush Service is available (where your job can ‘leap frog’ to the front of the queue if required for urgent jobs. Otherwise jobs are completed in the order they are received.
We do have some flexibility with the cut off dates especially for CANVAS and PAPER PRINTS and some ALUMINIUM HD METAL (as long as we have the size you need in stock!) so please CALL us if you’re wondering if it’s possible. We’ll try and work some magic for you if it’s humanly possible.
Please phone us 1300 90 30 65 or 0426 455 779 for any specific requests and keep an eye on our Facebook page for current turnaround times. But, don’t be afraid to call or jump on live chat to confirm.
If you order but do not upload we will not be able to process your order. I know seems obvious but 🙂

When ordering at InkFXPrinting.com you have 2 ways of uploading your images for your order and they’re both really simple!
Firstly when you are adding your products to cart you can upload your images at the same time, the uploader below is just under where you choose your product size and product options. You can do as it says by clicking on it and then selecting your files OR you can drag and drop them onto the uploader. This is
Step 1 – Selecting Your Files to be uploaded
So, what happens once you have selected your files? See below how it looks.
You will see that you can ‘Delete Selected Files’ OR ‘Upload Selected Files’.
This just gives you the chance to change your mind, e.g. remove any of the selected files for upload before you commit to upload them.
Once you’re happy and you have selected your correct files from your computer / device. Click the UPLOAD SELECTED FILES Button.
NOTE: YOUR FILES HAVE NOT BEEN UPLOADED UNTIL YOU CLICK THE UPLOAD SELECTED FILES button!
Step 2 – Upload the Selected Files
Once you have clicked the ‘Upload Selected Files’ button you will see the progress bar of your file(s) uploading. See below
Once it is 100% complete and has uploaded you will see. Something like the following. It shows your Image file and just an option to Delete it if you want. BUT the Upload Selected Files Buttons are no longer visible as the file has been uploaded successfully.
Step 3 – Complete your order and Checkout
So once you’ve uploaded you can then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button you can complete your order. This is how my Cart looks now with the thumbnail of the image.
Secondly, you can complete the purchase without uploading at the time of ordering and then you can upload your images after by logging into your account and click on your Order History(see below)
Locate your order and click on the ‘View / Upload’ button next to your order.
If you have older orders pre-dating our new (current) website. Then please dropbox your images with your details to us and we can download your images for those older orders that way.

For over 5 years, and making thousands and thousands of of amazing, beautiful Aluminium HD Metal Chromaluxe Prints and unfortunately that also means we’ve accumulated hundreds of ‘2nd’s’.
What’s a 2nd? It’s sheetstock that has a small often very tiny defect e.g. a pimple in the coating of the Aluminium HD Metal that is too big to be shipped as a ‘first’. Or a small chip on the edge. Hey guys and gals, well what a ride the past couple of weeks have been. We’ve now completed the migration to our new Site/E-Commerce Platform.
It has been a mammoth job to say the least. We’re confident the new system will provide a BETTER experience for you and make EVERYTHING easier from the ordering, Uploading, Notifications (Email + SMS), Communication so you know what is happening with your jobs etc. with better Job Statuses etc.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU also to all of you who have given us valuable feedback on the things that you like and the things that needed tweeking.
Old Orders
This has been a little frustrating that we haven’t been able to get all of the OLD orders in and available for you to see in your order history. They are still there (just unseen 🧐- we (InkFX Admin) can access all of the old orders on the system on our end and we can update you with what you have left if you need to know at anytime. So don’t worry if you had something that you still need to upload for.
How to Upload for older orders that are not showing in your Order History?
To send us your files for old orders that are still in credit you can send us your files via DROPBOX or Email to info@inkfx.com.au with your ‘old order number’.
SMS Notifications 📱
We’ve just implemented SMS Order Notifications to provide a better more PREMIUM Service to you(FREE of Charge) for our valued clients. We realise in this day and age of communication, social media and often unreliable email communication that it can be easy to miss important information like ‘Order Updates’.
We now have a number of short SMS messages related specifically to your orders that will help you know at any point where your order is at in the system. They’re triggered upon order status changes e.g. from ‘Paid‘ to ‘In Production‘ and from ‘In Production‘ to ‘Completed‘
We hope you find this useful and ultimately provide a better service and communication level to you from us. Of course this is not to take away from Live Chat, or old school picking up the phone and calling us. We love talking to you too!

NEW File Uploader 🥳
We’ve spoken about this quite a bit as we’re pretty proud of how this has all turned out. With the new file uploader you can:
Upload your images when you are ordering.
When ordering if you upload multiple images you can select the Quantity of each image if you want multiple copies of the same image. The default quantity is 1.
Drag and Drop your image(s) directly onto the uploader and they will start uploading automatically.
If you upload an incorrect file you can delete the file and re-upload.
Here’s How it work. You drag and drop your image(s) onto the uploader OR you click on the uploader to select your image(s). Once you’ve selected your image(s) they will start to upload. You will see the progress bar.
Once that has finished you’ll see something like this:
Once you’ve selected your images to be uploaded click the ‘UPLOAD SELECTED FILES’ Button To begin the Upload Process.Now you can see your files that have been uploaded successfully. Now you can continue with the checkout process.
Your image will be uploaded ready to print!
What are the main advantages of the new Uploader?
Speed and Accuracy. Firstly, it’s often faster to upload when you’re ordering rather than uploading after you’ve gone through the checkout process and for the ‘Accuracy’ side of things it keeps your files with your specific order so there’s no chance of a mix up!
