Impact: product pages are displaying blank pages.
We have been in touch with BigCommerce multiple times and they’re currently working on the issue. We will advise as soon as it is resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Update: 7:50am – Just spoke to the developer team at BigCommerce and they have said they have fixed the issue and are now testing the fix, once testing is completed and 100% satisfactory they will be deploying the fix. Our site should be updated very soon – fingers crossed.
Update: 9:44am – Site is now back working and fully operational!
